
The Deputy Chief of Mission at the British Embassy near Monrovia, Madam Kate Thomson has lauded the relationship between Britain and Liberia to rekindle professionalism in the Liberian Foreign Service. She said she was pleased to note efforts under President Joseph Boakai’s administration to ensure that Liberia is properly represented abroad by qualified Diplomats and Foreign Service personnel.
Madam Thomson made these remarks on Wednesday, June 26, 2024, when she conducted a one-day workshop at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs under the auspices of the Foreign Service Institute. The workshop was intended to enhance participants’ knowledge in policy communication and further improve public officials’ capacity to discharge their duties.
